Software program that introduces concepts of pollution prevention and relevant
legislation. Includes short case studies, photos, definitions and other information.
Helpful for basic CP and P2 training and orientation.
- Pollution Prevention and Business Management: Curricula for Schools of
Business and Public Health.
Illinois Waste Research and Information Center. 1995. 250 pages.
Designed as a textbook with learning exercises. Appropriate for college senior or
graduate student level. Includes instructor´s manual and supplemental readings. Covers
most P2 topics. Very large file, about 30 MB.
- Principles of Pollution Prevention and Cleaner Production: An
International Training Course.
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. 1999. 300 pages.
Covers most aspects of P2 and CP, using exercises, lectures and case studies.
Designed for a five day course. The PDF file is a final version. The DOC files are drafts
and should be used with care because not all the elements are aligned between the
participants and instructor manuals.

Detailed training manual that discusses productivity metrics, cost of labor, space
optimization and other productivity issues. Includes numerous examples and training
exercises. Very good foundation for a training program on cleaner production for waste
minimization.

Important and comprehensive guide to conducting industrial productivity and cleaner
production assessments. The focus is on energy conservation and waste minimization.
Includes extensive examples and training exercises with detailed data on common industrial
processes. Highly recommended for technical training.

Comprehensive coverage of subjects using detailed instructions for classroom exercises.

HTML-based training program using web pages for slides. Describes how the Internet
works, how to find information in general and how to find CP information in particular.
